Where do the products ship from? A. We are able to utilize several warehouses around the country - one near Phoenix, AZ., one near San Digo, CA., one in Fresno, CA., one in Western PA. and another near Memphis, TN. We try our best to expedite shipping time by using the Arizona & California warehouses for customers in the Western half on the United States and the Tennessee & Pennsylvania warehouses for those in the East. However, since warehouses have different stocking priorities, this is not always possible. Q. Will I have to pay sales tax on my order? A. All products sold to Colorado residents will include 8.4% sales tax. No sales tax is collected outside of the state of Colorado. Q. What are the shipping and handling rates? A. We are charged by the manufacturers for shipping by weight (in lbs.). Consequently, we pass that shipping charge onto you, the customer. International Orders: At this time, we are only able to ship to the United States and Canada. Customs and import duties are charged to the customer once the package reaches the destination in Canada. What is the warranty on the products sold by cobra-radios.com? A. All warranties are provided exclusively by the manufacturers of the products we sell. Full warranty information, including locations and addresses of authorized service centers, is provided in product literature. New merchandise cartons may be opened for inspection before being shipped to you. Q. What are cobra-radios.coms' shipping charges/methods? A. Most orders are shipped FedEx Ground. Next Day Air and other services are available. Shipping and Handling charges are based on weight of the order and where the order is shipped. Q. How will I know when my item(s) have been shipped? A. We will notify you by e-mail when your order has been shipped. This will include any known delays in the shipment of any items that are back ordered. If the status is "shipped" and a UPS tracking number was sent to you there will be a link you can click on to see where the package is in transit or you can go to UPS Tracking to see where the package is in transit. Please enter your UPS Tracking number in the box provided and select the Track button on the screen. Q. How will I know if an item I ordered is out of stock or on backorder? Please do not send any merchandise back to cobra-radios.com directly without authorization. Return Policy Requirements: You must have an RA# issued by cobra-radios.com before sending a purchase back. Please call us for instructions before mailing anything back. All returnable items must be in unopened or in unused condition in the original box including the manuals, accessories and filters (if applicable) and warranty information. All returns are subject to a restocking fee of either $10.00 or 10% of the items value, which ever is greater. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the unwanted item back to us. Once the item is received by us and is verified to be in unused condition, your credit card will be credited for the purchase price less our original shipping costs to you and any restocking fees. We have very few returns at cobra-radios.com but sometimes a product is damaged in transit or is not working properly. We ask that you inspect your package as soon as possible after receipt for shipping damage and to see that the item works properly. If your item appears to be damaged in transit please report it to the UPS delivery person who delivered it or call UPS at 1-800-742-5877 (USA) or 1-800-782-7892 (International).
